About the Project
A little background on why AIglass-compare exists.
Hey there, I'm Tim.
I've been working as a practitioner in the XR and AI industry for some years now. If you're anything like me, you've probably noticed that the landscape of AI wearables is moving at an insane pace. Every month, it feels like there's a new pair of AI smart glasses or other new AI wearable devices hitting the market.
Keeping track of the hardware specs, the AI models they run, and what they actually do in the real world became a massive headache. So, I built this database in my spare time—mostly because I needed a centralized place to easily compare these devices myself without having to dig through dozens of press releases and marketing pages.
A quick disclaimer
I put this site together fairly quickly as a side project, so I'll be the first to admit: the data might not be 100% perfect right now. Hardware iterations happen fast, and some specs are notoriously hard to pin down. But I'm actively spending my evenings and weekends refining the database, adding new devices, and cleaning up the details.
My ultimate goal is to make this the most helpful, go-to database for anyone interested in AI wearables—whether you're a developer, a hardware enthusiast, or just someone looking to buy their first pair of smart glasses.
If you spot any inaccurate data, missing specs, or just want to suggest a device that isn't listed yet, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll get it fixed right away.
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you find this tool as useful as I do.
Cheers,
Tim
